Marla is a polished, stylish, modern lady and we wanted her logo to reflect that. By choosing the perfect font we created a plain version, a silver metallic version and a reverse ‘ textured’ version, so she can mix it up a little!
Marla’s new website came next
The logo set the tone for the web design. We incorporated everything she and her clients are looking for in a clean, stylish user friendly design. Several special features to make it easier to showcase her properties in a much more effective manner than the cookie cutter site she had before. Professional high resolution photography is key to this great look, and I’m sure you will agree the images are stunning! We also added an enhanced SEO package as real estate is such a competitive industry.
Marlas video marketing strategy is key
Video marketing is huge in real estate and was a focus from the start, We started off with video tours of Westbow Construction properties . Marla is the exclusive agent for Westbow in Saskatchewan and we also do their testimonial videos at Marla’s recommendation. .
Finally we created Marla’s multi location branding video below, this showcase some of her clients testimonials and Marla herself. As you can see she is an articulate, professional realtor and she really made our job easy! The video is much more personal than other real estate branding videos out there, this was something we aimed for, as buying a home is a huge deal, and besides, we felt a stiff corporate style video was not Marla at all .. Thanks Marla for trusting us , it turned out so good!
